For the loop of Derrybawn and Ballinafunshogue but we will finish at the Lodge..I have another offroad route up to the Shay Elliot !!
Now this is for anybody who was out today and the usual fit experienced riders ! All mountain machines preferred , some of the descents are dodgy !!
I'm doing Monday as we are going to Castlewellan on the Sunday and Alfies working Saturday !!

now remember..this is for spin leaders , Thursday night club racers and Tuesday savageres..the rest of you part timers can feck off !! you have to earn your place on these spins!!

I might come along, but I'm quite bollixed after today's race so I hope the pace will be manageable.

Woke up this morning, looked at the zombie in the mirror and decided to stay home and rest, haven't had a lazy day in weeks!
