no problem Andrew..Ronad stop annoying me..!! it'll be steady and non stop..out along the WW and back along the road..this is not a drilling session but it will be non stop !

Dave and Phil may think your watch is fast by a couple of minutes , but I think your calandar is fast by 3 days , was more like a savage Tues. night spin to me than a Sat. spin. !! enjoyable but tough .

I haven't been on a long XC spin like this for a while, nice one! Now off to wash all the gear, that was some muck we were riding through today...

jeebus..sorry lads..I'm always early and hard luck Bren..I did wait for you though till Ronad came along and said you'd catch up !!
But when I got to the end of the dream mile and the weather picked up i decided to keep going...
That was a savage route..I thought i'd be stabbed in the head for suggesting it but once Eoin Keith was there I knew we'd keep going..
from the bottom of the dream..we lost Brendan, Andrew and Ronad..up Cloon..
along the Nile river and out on to the Featherbeds ..up the Featherbeds over Cruagh..
Jesus h sexy ladies, there were some bottomless puddles on that..at Cruagh we said goobye to max,Alfie and Damo..
and DaveM and Miquel..
so off up Tibradden..Jack got a puncture going down Tibraddedn, so i trundled along for a while thinking he'd catch up ..
Then Phil caught up with me and reminded me that he had to get home in a hurry as well..so at the top of Fairycastle we legged it..
On the new MM trail he planted himself so while I waited for him to recover, Eoin and Micky caught up and away we went leaving Jack to the wolves..
I got to the bottom of the boneshaker, waited for Eoin and legged it somewhere along the way we lost Phil and Micky..
But it was a savage cabbage spin..
there was no craic at all as I'm training for the Marathon Nationals and Bren and Phil for the Roc..
The pace was handy enough but brisk..so nobody was a loser !!

yeah that was a great spin but stopping to sort the puncture seemed to drain me, so the climb to the top of FC was tough and I knew at that stage I wouldn't catch up.

That was great spin,not as fast as a Tues night savage spin,but the pace was solid and relentless for 4 hours.Plenty of mud and puddles too.At the bottom of the boneshaker I followed Phil,and we came down the dream track,I think,it was certainly more suited to a DH bike!!Met Eoin in Lamb Doyles carpark,so all good.I cant believe Alfie,Damo and Max left early,too interested in tea and cake!!LOL Thanks Richie for organising the spin.
