In my continuing efforts to be fit enough for "the Roc" in October I'll be doing the usual Tuesday training loop tomorrow evening (barring some disaster like having some work to do!).
I'll be leaving home at 5.45pm and passing Lambs at about 6.15pm. Feel free to join me or leave after me and see how long it takes to catch up!!

im planning on leaving at 630 from lamb doyles, and trying to catch up, with whoever wants to join me.
Smithers was talking of doing the bigger loop. ie, after the bag of chips, go right.
I've never rode that bit, so will have to see if he is detoxed enough to show me the way.

Richard, I havent done that loop yet but would love to coome along for a good spin if that suits. Sounds better than the all mountain spin this week and I could do with a bit of training too.
I was thinking of doing the usual spin with a twist at the end, down bagochips head for green mile but turn right up the fire road all the way back to the gates and then back up woccas and fairy and down the shizzle out onto the death track back to the car park savage spin for a tuesday ladies!!

I did that spin this morning before work , it only took me 1 hour 45 mins..its a bit slippy though
Slippy will do, but I dont think we will be doing it in that time.......Jeasus thats quick you mad yoke. I think you might be taking the weewee hmmmmmm!! Actually defo taking the weewee it takes 40mins to get to the bottom of the woccas from Lambs.
it only takes 30 mins from Lambes to The Gencullen road for me, Damo and Alfie..if it took me 40 minutes to get across there I'd set fire to my head !!
