Tuesday 24th Training Loop.

I'll be passing Lamb Doyles at 6.15pm doing the usual Tuesday loop - anyone who wants to join me is welcome! There may be a couple of faster guys leaving at 6.30pm. Remember to bring tubes, powerlink etc .... it's a long walk back from Bag o'Chips!! Approx 40 kms in total!

people this is the way you should be organising yourselves..thats the way a club works..use it to hook up with people of your own level and forget about waiting for the Club to do it for you.

Hey Richard, sounds deadly. I was going to go on the all mountain spin but really enjoyed last week and need the miles in my legs. See you at Lamb Doyles at 6:15.

I will be leaving Lambs at 6.30 same route but back over the mountain instead of the road no waiting or stopping I want to try go back over fairy castle and down the bone shaker to the Pub.

I'll be there too to keep you company Darragh. Hopefully there won't be any calving noises from moi.

Different spin

Any chance of doing a different loop on a tuesday lads , its just a thought .

Trying to get the miles up Phil, this spin has everything you need to build up the legs for the Roc. A bit of a bore doing the same stuff but It will make you savage like me hahahahhaa!!!!

Got a puncture and could not get the valve to pump for about 20 mins so eventually just went back over 3 rock.
Poxy fookin punctures. I will be going tubless from tomorrow.

Well wasn't sure if anyone was goin to turn up as nobody said they were defo goin to. Terry cancelled so I set of with lynchies mob of flan and garreth. Phil caught up by ticknock car pk and off we went didn't see lynchie again sorry for not waiting or saying good luck but I wanted to get a hard spin in. Phil is goin welli was tired and hungry again so robbed phils fig rolls and off we went. Great spin again pity there isn't a few more wantabe savages for these spins.

I am the craic my best friend said I was anyway. Unfortunatly I can't make 6.30 to glendo but I'm enjoying these training spins. Djouce next week for 2hrs of pain non stop lynchies mob and ehh me and phil hahaha.
