There are two savage spins on at weekends. The purpose is to develop XC racers to a very high level , Elite, top Masters and Vets.
and unless you intend to take part in these spins and want to seriously improve and commit to XC racing then I am not interested in your opinion.
1. Saturday - open to anybody who wants to have a go, even if they only make it over 3 rock.
If you don't make it over 3 Rock you will be left behind.
2. Sundays - Invitation only , open only to people who have done the Club league and gotten at least 15 minute laps and savages like Eoin Keith and Doris who are savages but can't make the Club league. if you don't get an email to come you haven't made the criteria, use a Saturday to get on board if you have fallen off the wagon.
3.Saturdays are open to any member of the club but you have to be able to keep up, so get training ! I can help you with that, just contact me.
4.you have to earn your place on my Sunday spins so don't even think about coming if you are not invited and do not invite your mates because you want to. That will also see you axed from the list.
one more thing, i have no input whatsoever in to any spins other than mine, if you have comments regarding other spins address them to Alfie or Jack please
