you'll also need a decent all mountain bike and the ability to ride it for these spins unless your very handy on a hard tail i'd avoid this one. This spin is littered with low life down hiller's and thrill seeking xc heads. Pace up is quick but not savage. Pace down is savage. Steep drops, jumps and hard tech'y trails are a feature of these spins.
Now i'm not trying to scare anyone off all are welcome i just don't want to see anyone getting hurt biting off more than they can chew. Just best to be informed before showing up. You will not be left behind on this spin but it's far from a beginner spin.

Deadly spin lads, gotta love 3 rock so much stuff up there, some of the old trails thrown in to mix it up tonight, it was a good route, the winter is defo setting in, and the blue light Guinness always hits the spot. Cheers

That was my first cold schlompy spin after the summer and it took a bit of getting used to, but very enjoyable. It was great to see such a big gang out last night.

I was really looking forward to going down The Schizzle but I snapped my derailer hanger right at the top, so I rolled down Boneshaker and on to the Blue Light. I also missed Romper Stomper and whether Bren and Rhinestone kissed and made up.

And a nice pint to finish off; what more could you want.

Great spin again lads and lassies. Nice crew out and nothing beats King Crisps and Manhattan Peanuts at the end of the night :)

felt like i'd forgotten how to ride wet roots and schlomp. Good craic had though. So much for the recovery guiness. I got up to leave and did the old man robot walk to the door. That schlomp take's it out of you :-)
