Myself and Al are going for a feckin deadly spin tomorrow at 3.00pm at Djouce..

we will be going at a very sedate pace up any hills as I have the marathon champs on Sunday and I just want to have the craic on my bike so if you are following the PowerFat™ Plan..you'll have the craic !!
