Carol will be on these as well, so if there are any of the ladies in to it she'd be glad of the company.
She does the same loop as this during the day and she won't mind if she gets dropped, but like everybody else she wants to ride with stronger riders to get more pace.

Super Smashing...pace wont hit full tilt for a couple of weeks so jump in early and get settled..I used to do 90/120min so normally finish up between 20.30/21.00hrz...you can make it as easy or hard as you like, lots of drop out points along the route.

He went at 630 I think as I was in touch and could not make it. First week glitches, I'm hoping to do a mix of these and off road for winter
