well that was another great night ride !! great pace, great gang..its a pity other people fail to see the benefit of getting their arse kicked up the hills by stronger riders and like to stay in the fluffy bunny zone !!

Fantestical spin, 1st one in a while and Jeasus I didn't miss it!! max to the max from word go but i hung in there. the thing I love about these spins the speed and the amount of ground covered in 1.30hrs. All the good stuff plus some new bits (tuesday spin loop) and the pace through the tech stuff keeps you on your toes in the "DARK". Roll on the night spins woop woop!!!

I must say it was a great night to be out, no disrespect was intended by leaving early - the pace was heathly if not crippling. I had a nice fall & have a knee that doesn't bend! ha ha. Jazzin' in Cork for the weekend so I'll see yaz all next week! lovely.
Yeah, great night for a spin, the trails were all fantastic, so dry. And the improved Romper was deadly, great work Fergal & co. Culchie was doing his level best to feck himself up again and was dragging Harri and Paddy with him! All three came back with various bloody cuts and bruises, nutters!! Cheers guys.
You wouldnt have wanted me following ye around last night, I was more of a disaster than usual, I spent more time off the bike than on it, my body looks like I tried to shag a cheese grater. Fair play to paddy for keepin up, although I'm sure his missus will blame me for his injuries!
when you get home from the spin and the blood has seeped out through your jeans, you know its gonna hurt in the morning!
