Thursday 11th Road Spin
I'll be taking off at 6.45 then with the MTBers and the Ladies !! we'll follow your exact route !!
I'll be on a Mountainbike from now on as well !

Can't make this Thursday due to work commitments but I plan to do a long spin on Saturday if anyone's interested (on a road bike)

"Rolling out" doesn't sound anything like the mad frantic dash down the N11 that I see on a Thursday night! For me 6.45pm (as before) is an ideal starting time!

Thats a "big ten four" rubber duck...Any of you suicide pilots cant 6.45 let me know and il hold up for you...

I was just driving towards Shankill from the N11 and a ****ing big branch fell on to the road in front of me ..... not good if you were on a bike!!
Augh its not that bad...im gona chance it anyway
