Ok I have not decided yet but it will either be 3 rock or Leadmines. Im told both are riding fine except the WW part.
Lets see how the weather goes tonight and I'll post in the morning, itll be a craic spin where ever we go.

Jeysus it's grim out there but I'd love to get a couple of hours on the bike. Can't imagine it's much fun off-road at this stage? Report please Mr Byrne?
Now You know he will say its great up there and will laugh his hole off when we go up there and its not!! I am not pushed as I walked the dog this morning and froze me nads off, I am now in work and can hardly type as the keyboard is frozen and my fingers frozen to it. Its not that its that cold but when that wind catches you it will cut you in 2. lets see what the commander and chief has to say.
I think we should just gate crash one of the powerfat spinning classes in town, that would be some craic!
Seriously though, I'm sure it's managable under the tree cover as long as it stays below 0, otherwise it gets too sticky. I would go out for the craic but it's definitely not going to be a training spin.

Disgusting..very feckin wet..its turning to slush big time..if you have a Turbo trainer go there..I gave up after an hour..its not worth it.
I went up for an hour yesterday aswell and it just wasn't enjoyable, too cold and too hard to do any propper riding. Road spinning on main roads or a turbo trainer are your only men... that and Gym, he's good too.
