Thursday 2nd Dec Road Spin 6.45

Due to the currant weather conditions i will not be doing the usual spin...

However if your into it...I will be doing a spin from the first exit roundabout in killmac heading towards roundwood at 6.45....

The plan is to do an hour or two of loops between kilmac flyover and kindlestown flyover before i crack up... i could be on a mtb bike it really depends on the conditions...

i'll just be doing laps of Killiney and nowhere else..
so 6.45 at Foxrock for anybody who fancies it. 3 laps will be enough..

I'm still on for this but I'm doing laps of the park at the back of my house !! on my BMX or my reign..
actually how about a BMX race in the park behind my house ..its well lit up and we can have a prize for the first rider to jump the river !!

I'd love to but I can't face that N11 again, it's just miserable in the slush. It's gym time today....

well if nobody else is coming..then I'll just do my own thing !!

im not goin to make killmac for 18.45...health and safety reasons...
