Tuesday 14th Palmers

Tuesday night training spin, from Palmers to the leadmines for some fun and for a bit of a change.

See you there, leaving at 6.45!!

I'll be there, kid !! I can 't wait to ride off Katy Gollagher !! I haven't done that in so long !

So its me and Byrner thats a great turnout!! Anyway we will have the craic. I'm not goin over Katy's on me hard tail. So if anyone else turns up we will be going around it!!!

We will be going by road to the gate across from the ski slope,a bit of the club course over to the leafy decent up the horrible climb, across to Lynchy 09 around and around and around and back to the car park.

Dont think Ive been up there since the second last club race where Lynchy lost to the Mulvey lad.

I'll be on my reign you flute and damo will also be there , but if this is a training spin then I'm coming on my Bud !
and we are not going to the leadmines without doing Katy...the thoughts of not doing it is ridiculous !!

Yes I am mental, I have done Katys many times and each time I do it I like it even less than the last time. I just cant be arsed doing it in the snow, ice and in the dark on a hard tail so there. I will take the mortals around.

6.30 Focrock Church..i'll get my 100k in some where !!

You remind me of Mr.topsy Turvy! You hit the trails when theyre unrideable and then when we get a day like this you go on the road. Don,t mind me Just I was disapointed there was no 'Hour Of Power' today I went to djouce on my own and it was glorious like a summers day with nare a hint of snow or ice in the woods. But it would have been nice if you were there to drag some more pace out of me as thats definately making the differance on those dang roots!

next week baby..3 hours of pain in the morning !! and 50k in the evening on the road !!

Well that was deadly, Small group of my real friends not just people who use me!!!! Anyway myself,RL,DaveK,Ronan,Jack,Colm And a guest Mr Sutty. We headed off but lost Colm fairly quick I did go in and out of the club course hoping to meet you along the way sorry we lost you so soon Colm. We did the 1st part of the club course, then over to the leafy trail which was hard to find (very leafy) then up the horrible climb over to Lynchy over to the 2nd section of the club course back over the boxing ring up the horrible climb and then the last 2 3rds of the club corse back to Plamers for 8.30.
