yes i will be there with Carol at 6.40pm !! now if the weather is muck, i'm doing laps of killiney hill on the road.

I will be going regardles of weather if anyone is interested...if nobodys else is interested i will just do my own thing and leave earlier...
The plan is the usual route but going out as far as Glenview Hotel then returning to the Killiney...steady pace

That was the business, good pace and lots of miles covered (for a night spin).
How come I'm never that starving after a MTB spin! I could eat a horse (and unfortunately it's not outside!)

Hahahaahaa nice one Max! Just had the dinner of champs Pork chops, home made wedges, asparagus wrapped in parma ham with melted cheese on top. Now I'm waiting for a few mins then Im goin to tuck into my birthday cake from yesturday Oh yeh!!!!!!! And then drink a bottle of vino tinto!!

Maybe thats why Im as big as I am, anyway after 58kms and 2059cals burnt I think I deserve it!!!

Great spin again! Really enjoying myself until I smacked a big hole on the N11 and punctured (first time for me on an Epic Spin!!). I was going to head home but Skippy and Rusty had waited for me at the Bray exit and we headed up and did Killiney - big thanks lads I'd never have done it on my own!! Great weather too!

great little spin for a darn cold thursday nite...them extra flat miles are great...just sit and bang away....however we are still all over the shop jazaz we are a mess...fook my finger tip hurt bad....
