Thursdays and biking don't seem to agree with me much. I never could get the hang of Thursdays. i wish I'd listened to what my mother said when I was a child...

Weird. I went looking at the forum last night to see if there was a night spin tonight, couldn't see a damn thing. Must be the senility.

I'm not messing when i say these spins are at a handy pace..my bike is made from parts i found in a skip...when i pull the front brake it takes about 5 minutes for the damn thing to unlock

I'm not sure if it was the deadlifts on wednesday or the feckin savage brake rub , but I can't walk properly today..
Djouce is a bit schlompy in places by the way..old Gran Canaria is getting some hammering..roots exposed everywhere..don't fall in to the river !!
