Spin around 3 rock. tech climbs and single track downs. 1.45mins. Enter lambers by the back and park up the back or cycle up.

Heres the route i'm planning tomorrow

Up ticknock rd,
through the forest,
up past toms.
turn left on fire road at end of toms,
up to masts,
back of masts,
satilites,
t connector,
Rockin roller,
Right at end of rockin roller and accross to meet up with end of MX,
Daves old school.
Climb up fire road, through forest, the rocky bit and up t-connector,
Around through forest,
Fire road climb up to masts,
New trail,
Dream track and home.

3 different climbs and the best single track in 3 rock. should be 1.45 to 2 hrs.
