Saturday 8th 10am Easy spin Kindlestown

I'm going for a couple of easy laps round kindlestown & GOD on saturday if anyone would care to join me. No level - just going easy and nobody gets left behind :)

Jack is away but in his absence people should be aware that we insist on Cycling ireland Membership( licences) to be able to go on spins.
Jack will inform people next week what the procedure is.

I have my cycling ireland licence.
