well mark the econemey better be sorted when we wake up or your in trouble. It was a class spin everytime i think Ballinadayfd is crap (in a too easy kinda way and a goobertastic way) I seem to end up there at night shortly after. It allways manages to put a huge grin on my face. Its one of the best spots for night riding. The trails are just so flowy and not steep and tech so there perfect for night biking. Anyway there was a good crew out tonight Karlos, Sideburner, Gav, Cummins and a night riding virgin John from the bike rack. Paul talked him into it and im sure he'll enjoy it in hindsight. We did the usual lap with a bit of a twist with Karl taking charge and bringing us on to the Pog course instead of the rough bit up the top. There was some cool singletrack and a small bit where we never not one bit lost faith in Karls sense of direction. Then back on to the best night time descent ever and to finish the lap. Cool spin lads see you all next tuesday

That was a good spin.

Ballynadafyd is always a lot more fun then it should be. Particularly in the dark. Once you stayed on it the singletrack around the POG course was very nice. Must give it a lash during the day sometime.

Fair play to John he was giving the singletrack socks.

Started out weak myself but warmed up as I went along and finished OK.
