Leaving Foxrock Church Carpark 18.45...Same route as last week but when coming back into Bray go left via southern cross rather than Bray-town..if weather is good i am going out as far as glenview on the return and back to foxrock if anyone is interested...just adds 25/30mins flat kmz

Skippy how long time/kms are your spins, as I'll be in Dublin on Thursday and might throw the bike in the car, but need to be somewhere later. Thanks

Think they normally do 40-50 km

Back to foxrock church for 8.30 roughly!!!

I couldnt tell you kmz Morty but i try 1.5hrs...i got rid of the clock because everytime i looked down i felt i wasnt going fast enough so ripped her off...it can be found around the buttend of glenmalure...

last week dalkey to foxrock...delgany and back to dalkey was 47K including loop of killiney hill.

now kids..
some of you are a bit aerobically and mechanically challenged so you can come with me and Jack at 6.30 with the ladies.

Just got back yesterday, fighting the jet lag so hopefully a good spin should help!
Had awesum trip, snowboardin was fab, Kev says hi to all the epic crew!

Well that was brilliant !!! jack, myself, Shane, Carol, Orla and Caroline had a blistering spin, we even went out by the Southern Cross route as well !!
The fast lads never caught us and we stayed as a bunch for the whole loop with special guest Janos Kohler accompanying us to Bray and Ray " Face " Doyle joining us up the Southern Cross..
Everybody was on fire and we zipped all the way around..fantastic stuff ladies ..and our new Junior Rider Shane Griffin !!
