Running pretty much every week throughout the year, just check the forum to make sure it's on as some weeks wont run for one reason or another, I'll be up there most Sunday's at that time anyway, either on my own or with anybody who made it out.

Should be good for people who don't know their way around, don't like biking on their own, aren't quick enough to keep up with the pace of the other club spins, or just can't make it out to the earlier spins.

Slower riders will be waited on here and there so nobody will get lost or left behind, fire ahead at your own pace and we'll stay together fine, the distance and trails will be suitable for just about anybody and we'll never be too far from the cars, these spins are open to non-members but they must join the club and join Cycling Ireland through EPIC after three spins if they wish to continue attending these or other club spins.

You'll need a bike in good working order and a helmet is essential, bring the usual stuff and wear suitable clothing for whatever weather conditions were having at the time, we'll be out and about for around two hours.

Usual stuff: Spare Tube (or Two), Pump, Bottle or Camelback, Bar or Snack, Multitool, Tyre levers, PowerLink, Mobile Phone.

If you haven't got a car, it's about a 30 minute cycle from Greystones Dart station.
