Djouce at 7.20 handy pace
Tues Night spin
that was bleeding deadly we had a good crew out tonight. Karols, AdamT Gav(minus his silver suit) Shona, Cathal, Sham and myself. Where all starting to get our night riding mojo working it was like a mini sunday spin at night minus Byrner shouting abuse.
From the carpark it was off upto the top of xtc then down and onto the off chamber nps singletrack which is super extra deadly at the moment. Down the steep cool bits all the way to the river, up foxglove and then back down gran canaria. Over to the earls drive and then back down the nps descent for a bit of elbow bashing multi rider mayhem. We managed to navigate the new river crossing making sure not to listen to Karl although it probably would have been a better idea than my directions. Up the fireroad and Sham and Shona had had enough so the rest of us split up and took on Bench Cut or the steep gnarly trail. Great craic was had and some superfast night time descending action was the order of the night.

That was a great spin, some craic, defo a good one to get my night biking back going, Got the buzz for it now. The descents were bar bashingtastic but I'm sure Al really did really want to ride us off a cliff some stages. Great laugh altogether. Nice one Al and all.

When you're on form Benchcut must be one of the best trails ever.

Yeah really had a buzz last night. The first twenty minutes were hell as my lungs and heart struggled to catch up with everybody else.
Some of those going down bits have become much more sketchy than I remember, but the more sketchy the bigger the grin at the bottom. great craic and great bunch out. Good to see the tuesday vibe coming back in force, looking forward to getting back to fitness and reducing the pain a little.
