1. be on time.
2. Be self sufficient.
3. Wear lycra , nothing offends me more than baggies on an XCStevoSpin !!
4. If you have Club Gear , wear it. When you get some , wear it.
5. The first hour is always the fiercest, stick it out.
6. I have my favourites in the CLub, they know who they are and you know who they are. thats just life, I won't wait for everybody !
7. Make friends that won't abandon you.
8. If you are a bit off the pace, apply the killian rule.." Sneak off when they are not looking !"
But to do this you must know where I'm going.
9. Join the Richie Lynch protocol. If he gets dropped he goes off on his own spin and has a great time. So hang out with him.
10. Picture EPIC as the SAS of Clubs, you have to train for it just to be considered.
My baggies hide my bray wheelers shorts!!! Winter is nearly over so they'll be gone soon, il look so hot then, although a bit of spray tan wouldn't go astray to finish the look...

I got dropped by the time i hit the road after the waccas (thank god).

i think about 30 started in horrible conditions.
As usual some people made the mistake of not pacing themselves at the start and by the time we got to Johnny Foxes we were all over the place.
By the time I got to the top of where rocknrolla starts we were severely depleted.
by Ticknock a couple were hanging on to the end of the Stormtroopers.
By the time we got to tibradden only the very fierce were left.
Over Tibradden and down the other side where Morty and Nomad got punctures.
Because I know Morty 20 years I waited for him , then we headed over to cruagh , where Morty fecked off to a Wedding Fair or a male lingerie exhibition and and we headed up the mountain and down the Hilarious boardwalks of death..Smithers fell twice in the same crash and Jack snotted himself on them while me and Oz and Andrew laughed our bolloxes of at Smithers..ouch !
Down Cruagh and and back on the road to Palmers.
