Ahaaa I only needed a half a wheel last week now is my chance to get it
OUCH!!! Well I crashed my new bike tonight on the way to the spin, my feckin light stopped working so as I was adjusting it, I ran up and along a high kerb in Sandyford and off I went. No marks to frame or forks but a few scratches on the levers and crank fkin sick and I'm in a joc rashered everywhere.

So off to the spin which was a flat out, up and over, very quick pace, Max blew us all away again on the windgates but myself and face had a great dice with me pipping him to the top.

Great spin again thanks lads, Ohh and KTM Terry nearly getting wiped out by the Garda in bray, and me shouting like a mad man at him, the cop was stunned he didnt know what was goin on hahhahaha!!
Jeysus .... that was fierce in places! Hangin' in by my fingertips most of the time but really enjoying it! Lovely warm dry night .... who'd be sitting at home in front of the telly?
The state of you (smithers) today, you were like a naughty child! RL was not impressed!

The pace was really quick today, almost 30kmph average... not bad! I stayed low profile most of the spin and just enjoyed it, with a nice little show off up windgates

What! Why? What was wrong with him?
We need to get Alfie back out to smack you around the head again ....... !! You were probably a bit confused after your fall.... and kept forgetting that we were riding in a group?
We had a great spin, Carol improved big time on last week, she reckons its due to Johns bootcamp on Mondays,
Thats it for me now on the road for Thursdays.
I really enjoyed the Winegates loop ever since the first time I took Max and Greg on it but it will be March next week and that means the MTB season revives.
Well done to everybody who has embraced these training sessions and hats off to Skippy for being there every week to keep them going.
Its a pity more people in the club didn't see the purpose and benefit of them, especially those who really need some pace.
