I'm still keeping up this spin for another few weeks (unitll its bright coming back on the road anyway) 6.45 Lambers.

well that was a good auld spin. We're down to 1.40mins now so the pace is picking up. 9 out in all tonight. davek, simon (who's face is healing up grand), colm and colm, Eamon, Mick, Daragh, el president (for a while) and myself, i think that was it. Anyway good pace on a good route. We even went the wrong way up a track! jebus they'll have the knives out for us. MAd have doen some good work on the trails up there. Well done Fergal if that was you, you cleaned up the forest from t-connector great.

Yeah..I'm bored with 3 rock, those new trails do nothing for me, i'm afraid. Thanks anyway lads, I had to bail home to reassemble the old Reign for tomorrows Freeride magic, but I met Adam, Gav,Joe,Alan and Bren down below the old MAD circuit.

yeah - that was us alright Ronan - got to rode all the new and cleaned-up stuff last night - all holding together well

ye should pair-up for a sprint down the newly bermed dual-track from the upper to lower car park (starts to the right of the walking track) - the speed you get is savage
