Sunday 16th Glendalough Senior rider Spin 10.00 Glendalough Interpretative centre Car park.

Sundays spin is for Senior experienced riders only with a decent level of fitness and survival skills. Its too cold to be waiting around on the top of mountains for slower riders i'm afraid.
So unless you've been out regularly or I know your abilities then this one is not for you.drop me a PM if you want to come and are unsure if you are suitable,

well...that was another fine mess you've gotten us in to Devoy !!
Another Legend spin from the creators of The legend Spin..
Me..Damo, Alf, Bon,Roo, Jack ,Eoin Keith,Killian,Luke ( Puke) ,Dave Gilroy and Karlos Santana..it was like a who's who of the cool and the aged !!
Up Brockagh via the savage climb of hell and up and up..and down the Apache ...hillarious..I was shouting.." i've overtaken Damo" to all who would listen ..then tragedy struck and over the bleedin bars..at the same time Killian was taken out by a sniper !!
Down the crazy river track to the ewoks..
Schlompy mcSchlomp...there were a couple of near misses on the bridge and away we went..
up the road and down St kevins way where the fun only started.
Killian tried to break a few of the rocks with his head, Karlos tried to do the same with his Bum !!..
I had a pain in my stomach more than once today..Luke had the noisiest bottom bracket in the world..
Savage craic..great to have Eoin and Damo back in the saddle..
Oscar..cop on to yourself and buy somebodies trance !! you're missing the craic..!!!

check out the Hooremaster shovelling a poor rock out of it..it had just the right amount of curves that he likes..it was also lying still, and about the same age as him , so he couldn't resist it..
I'd be more concerned about the other lad waiting to pounce on him once he was spent !!

Stuck between a rock and a hard place nice shootin byrner you got me good.Tonight every joint in my old frail body aches cant lift a pint.Hope poor killian is feelin better he hit the deck fast and hard.To make it worse ive no bleedin medical card.Great spin and craic with epics best hardcore freeriders.Pity to hav missed out on DH training looks like i need it more than ever now.
