its up there with a proffessional blow job, becoming a parent, escaping Alcatraz, finding Nemo, your first shave, having a 30" waist, eating ice cream or chocolate the first time, discovering porn, discovering drunkeness or breasts !!

well that was deadly ..3 hours up and down..me,Enduro,Oisin,Andrew, jules, chrisM, his friend, Skids,Micky, Jack, Simon, Terry O neill and Colm.. though Terry and Colm zipped into base camp at 12.45 having had a puncture and a brain crash..
I hurt me brain in a crash as well which was deadly..a bit damper than last time but superb nonetheless..as Eoin Keith described it, every stretch of that descent is amazing.
well done folks..some deadly crashes !! Rode more of it today than any other time..thats two amazing spins in 2 days..

The number 1 finish to any spin anywhere has to be the switchbacks in Glenmalure.
I think Terry hurt his brain as well..so did Colm..btw..
I realised I had no water in my Camelback just as we got to the top of Table Mountain..funny, if I had it I probably wouldn't have used it but once I knew I had none..it bothered me !!
The descent today was just brilliant..the wind was behind us as opposed to in our faces the last time..
Rider of the day had to be Micky, down that mental descent on his Hardtail, what a frickin great rider !!
But fair play to Skids..2 murderous spins in a row !! going down that descent tired , not easy !

Yesterday was like a marathon only tougher for me
horizontal is the only option for me today
I was out yesterday !! And I was on my heavy duty Skidding machine !! Jeebus..I'm tired now !
ANd I have to go out and buy a bleedin shirt for Damos wedding !!
Fantastic spin,great people to be out with and lovely dry sunny weather.Some crashes,but no broken body's.The switchbacks are brillant,but alot more rocky than I remembered them!!Would hurt if you got it wrong!!Thanks to Richie for a fantastic spin,and all for the price of the €20 Epic membership fee!! If I did no spin all year,todays spin would have paid for itself!!Thanks,Micky
What a superb spin, great crew and Micky was going like crazy on the deadly but much rougher zig zags. Legend indeed! Met the walker again in the car park! He nearly beat us on the down too!!
