Sunday 19th Lamb Doyle for 9.30.

This is for fast and nearly fast riders, we will be doing all the single track and ups and downs 3 rock has to offer. We will also be going over to Richie and the Eurocycle demo Day for Ice cream and free spins if you fancy. Fast lads on big bikes nearly fast on hard tails. if you want to ride the new trails that have been built then this is the spin for you.

Ps it won't be balls out, eyes bleeding pace

I had better see some names here later, or I will name and shame, if your named you have to show up end off !!!

they'll probably be out at the Pre ride NPS course wearing it out , while real men wait until the day , some people need all the sneaky practice they can get, poor souls !

It might be a bad time to mention that I won’t be at the club league next week either.

Sounds good Smithers, assuming I don't have to get there in a boat count me in! I'll be there is the FS so go easy on me!
