I’m going to park in Palmers and then head around to Kilmashogue lane.

think the new trails have slid down the hill and onto the road - let me know if ye find them - but motherofjeezass though - did you see that frickin' rain ALL DAY yesterday? There are 16 Roadstone tippers on their way to Slade Valley as we speak, Paul Barry is the only customer keeping them open!

What a spin, we started in a lovely sunshine and I just came back home completely soaked. Not sure if Richie enjoyed that wetness as he was being taken over by the GAY..
The new trail has lovely bits in it, it will need a lot of wheels bedding it in before it rolls nicely though (like any new trail). Great work Fergal!
After Richie went home we (me, Alfie and Chris) went down the Fellujah, Coillte trail and Boneshaker like 3 possesed demons, I really enjoyed that spin...

oh you're very funny Mr Polack..I hope you caught that Black lung off me now !! It was a great spin , I don;t know whats going on with the weakling members of the club !! At least Kellyer turned up at Alfies !! Christ we went up Tibradden like mad people !! I couldn't stop or i would colllapse with the Lung Pox on me !! I just got back to the Euro Wagon when the Heavens really opened !!
I was very happy with my performance tonight as i had built my recent training block around having some sort of Bronchial meltdown , it worked out nicely for me..I managed to use up 700 calories too which was great..
Fair play to Fergals doozers but its going to be ripped asunder if the MXers get at it. Some very nice sections altogether but could you have made the entrance any wider ?
Or was that to get f*ck you bills attention !
Chris is some savage..a great replacement for Micky where ever hes gone off to !! I did not want to ride tonight I was feeling dismal but once I got going, I didn't feel sh1t at all ..

Micky is trying to get his form back,as Ive been rubbish the last 4 weeks,so Im turning down the training this week,in the hope the body will get a rest and my form can get back up to where it was.I did 2 hrs on the roadbike this afternoon.

What are ya on about, Kellyer started at Lambs!! Any nice spin up Kilmashogue and along WW and woca's! Then Smithers turned up with a puncture so I waited with him and then Kellyer turned up covered in blood and then Ray arrived. Got Smithers going again and set off to find Legends, great new trail Madser's, well done. Anyway back up Tibradden and up to Fairycastle where Smithers got a 2nd puncture, again got soaked and cold waiting for him so after that we said feck that and blasted off down metro 1 and boneshaker and home. Poxy feckin weather!!!

I arrive late to Kilmashogue lane so I bolted up the climb in the hope of seeing someone in the distance. By the time i got the WW the heavens began to open up. Bumped into skippy coming the opposite direction so we headed up fairly castle. Took a right at the top of fair castle and across the offical trail onto one of Mad trails. Did another of Mad trails and back over the top of 3 rock and home ****ing drenched!!

It was like a sinking ship out there tonight at the end "every man for himself". Kept up on the Legends trial but got drop coming out of it and the the rain came and came and came. Went and did MAD other trial as well after fairy castle. There is some amount of pump thiefs in this club, second pump gone. You know who you are, and you better not bring it to ibeza or it will come back foocked never to work again....

Great spin, awful weather, started at Lambers, down to Kilmashogue lane....almost made a fatal overtaking manoeuvre coming down the WW after the waterbreaks(sorry Chief)...Into the new MAD trails behind Max until a branch stuck in the rear derailleur...back up to FairyCastle onto Metro with Jackson, Colm, Doris and another lad...down through Fergals trails, across to the masts and down Dream track(?) with Colm and John D.....

Completely soaked and freezin, but had fun all the same :)
