try uninstalling then installing the program again.
Just pop the card in a card reader and it should come up on desktop as external drive
I have it working here at home just wouldnt work on the puterr in work. OMG its funny the crash is very funny. trying to save it now but not having much joy anyway i will sort all that after the weekend.
