Opinion: Exposure Diablo

Thinking of getting an Exposure Diablo for the road bike. Anyone have good/bad experiences with them?

I use the Joystick with the white light on the mountian bike. I think Exposure lights are great. Is it not a bit of over kill on the road bike? They are going cheap on that online bike shop!

I've and old Night Rider i got from the States a couple of years ago. Great lights worth a look.

Lads, these lights are the business, super bright and LED technology so they are bomb proof. Buy a front and rear and we will look after you.

I used the MiNewt Mini light for over a year, off road for a while and then on the road.
It's only 100 lumens or so (it was a lot 2 years ago) but the built quality and reliability are exceptional. The battery is very light too. I was surprised there were not many more of those used in Ireland (I suppose the market is monopolized by Hope, which is fair enough as their lights are excellent too).
I was looking at their website and the new NRs have some funky options, like customs settings and programs, worth having a look:

I've had an Exposure Race for the last couple of years. I love the quality of the build etc but it hasn't been without issues - I've sent it back 3 times and it's starting to act up again! In fairness I haven't had to pay for any of the repairs but it's been gone for 3-4 weeks at a time which is a complete pain in the arse when you need a light! I think I've probably been unlucky because I know a few people who've had no issues at all!

Popped into Expert Cycles earlier to look at those lights and they're top quality, better than the cateye yokes
