Wanted: avid elixir 5 rear brake hose

Need a rear brake hose with avid elixir 5 caliper connection on it if anyone would have one, needs to be minimum of 59.5" long. Colour not overly important but white would be nice! Doesn't matter really, fitment is the same as elixir r, cr, x.o, cr mag if anyone can help?
