Wanted: unloved front shifter

So what I'm really looking for is any type or brand of front shifter that is damaged. That's right, I'm looking for one that will pull the cable but will not engage the indexing.

I'm looking to try use an old shifter to pull the cable to actuate my dropper seat post so because if that it need to not be able to index like a fully functioning shifter would, just needs to pull cable.

Anybody?

I miss Gerry and his kick ass like new second hand kit, I' in need of some bargain priced XTR shifters!
