Fork Travel Question

Hi

Does anyone know Is there any kind of cheap internals upgrade that would make it possible to change the length of travel on the fly of a
2008 Fox RLC without limiting other functions like FIT.


This is the spec of the fork
Fox F120 RLC, 120mm travel, rebound/compression adjust, lock out w/ threashold adjust

You can put in TALAS internals but that will cost you a small fortune, I really don't think it's worth the hassle.
Most people are converting those forks the other way around, when the TALAS breaks they convert them to Floats

It's cheap an easy to drop them to 100mm if you want. Just a plastic spacer required. I'm sure James in oc has a few. Just to note as well . Talas are heavier and from my own experience not as plush feeling as floats. I converted my 36 talas to floats for this reason.
The best upgrade you can do by far for those forks is swap out the seals to the SKF ones.
