Screw in shimano pedal

The screw in one of my pedals for tightening the pedal wont move at all i cant tighten it or loosen any ideas or tips?

Do you mean the screw that controls the tension of the cleat? If so they can get very stiff - put some oil on it and leave it overnight!
If you're talking about the "screw" that attaches the pedal to the crank then it's worth remembering that one of them is reverse threaded!
