Dismantling suspensions forks for maintaince

ok, I had a pair of Monster Ts once that i could strip and repair..easy they were mainly Big Spring yokes
I am now about to strip and repair an old pair of marzocchii sl700s..do I need any special tools..any tips..
and remember they are going in the bin inanyways..
this recession is deadly so much time to experiment with Bicycle repair..!!

Suppose make sure all air pressure(from the forks) is releived before you start.

take your time have plenty of paper toweling handy lay everything out in the order you take it out so you can have the fork looking like an exploded diagram on a table.
