Cotic Bfe Frame

I bought this frame from Oisin a while back as a winter project but it's sat in my garage ever since! He assures me that it's made from the vastly superior Reynolds 853 steel! There are some wear marks in the paintwork but no dints or dings! Includes Hope seat clamp.
