I have a 2011 Trek 3700 hard tail that I would consider selling.
It's an 18" frame, I'm 5'8" and it fits perfect.
Has a few extras,
Nobby nics fitted, still have the original bontrager tires with little or no ware plus a set of 1.5" Continental road tires (these were 60 squid alone)
Set of Welgo flat pedals
Short stem fitted
Bike has seen very little use (unfortunately) and is like new
Was almost €500 new plus about €200 on new bits, would sell for 400 as is plus all of the original & spare parts and a new Bell helmet (Worn twice!!)
