Suspension Loose - Should I Care?

The bottom link on the suspension on my Kona Dawg is loose. About a mm or two of sideways wobble.

It won't tighten up from the side I can get at. Tightening it from the other side is going to involve dismantling half the shaggin bike. Anyway I'm guessing that a 'bushing' or something is knackered.

A mm or so of wobble isn't going to make a bike difference lashing down a rocky, rooty, muddy trail in the snow but am I risking damaging the bike by riding it?
little wobbles lead to big wobbles so get it tightened if u can or else hit the bikeshop for new bearings

OR buy a snowboard!!!!
Have you tried expanding foam? Its the recession solution for all your rattling needs.

Yes get it sorted. Is it not just a matter of removing the chainset to get at the other side?
If nuts are loose then yep you can damage stuff. And loose nuts. If the bearinga are shot then you will have to get new bearings, you can probably get away with leaving them until they are a bit more wobbly, I would, but you are risking potential damage as it all get looser.
Cheers lads.

The chainset doesn't have screws so I can't take the cogs off.

I'll ride it over the weekend and get someone to take a look at it next week.
Just thinking about it and to get 2mm+ movement from the lower pivot all six pivot bearings might be loose. Probably best to do all the bearings at the same time.
Jaysus. One look at that diagram and I knew this something I'll be getting someone else to sort out.
Honestly, It's not too bad. I've done my Scott and Kona Stinky and the arse hasn't dropped off either yet!!. Bought the bearings for the Scott from Radionics for €15 for the pair.
Just gotta be careful getting them out and back in square.
