Just sold my 661 pressure suit, never really fitted me right or stayed in place, and want to replace it - anyone use the Dainese Impact Vest? What do you think of it? And what's the fit like?
Dainese Armour - anyone use it?
I have an older version and it fit's great. Can't fault it at all, stays where it's supposed to and gives great protection. Can't compare it to any others though either as it's the only one I've owned.
You wouldn't even know you were wearing it...
If you're talking about the Dainese Impact Race, I got one a while ago. A little less protective area than others but still has all you need. The loss of weight/heat and the gain in maneuverability/comfort are definitely worth the trade. They'd want to be though - it's very pricey. It's my first one but I tried on a load and the comparison in how little I was restricted was immediate. Like T-dog said, you really wouldn't know you're wearing it. 5 bananas.
Oh yeah and the pads don't budge. More bananas.
