Cheap but good stem?

I want to replace my Raceface 100mm stem with something about 20mm shorter, any recommendations?

no such thing as cheap and good with bike stuff your best hope is to go look for good expensive stuff on a special price.

Well, I was going to suggest putting your 100mm stem in a bench vice and squashing it down to size!!
