Wanted: Basic Commuter bike

A mate is looking for a basic enough bike to get in and out of work, hybrid/racer style prefered... Under €200 also.. in working order... Size M/L

I have my fixed/singlespeed for sales, 250 but really nice quality and a lot of stuff are new/nearly new on it:
Silver Giant (size M), in very good condition. Custom built and very light, the photos talk for themselves. It is not the average cheapo heavy frame monstrosity. Looks fast, goes fast too. Can be used as a fixed gear or a singlespeed, if you want to try the other drive, you just swap the wheel around. Forks are AL too. It could even be used for velodrome racing.
Many parts are off from my new road bike, just to sweeten the deal (tyres alone are about 30 quid apiece).
New pedals, headset, brake pads, handlebar tape.
