basic heart rate monitor+watch (only one lap on da stopwatch)
old cheapo front wheel (road)
700W microwave oven, used and working fine.

Okay might sound odd but what size is the microwave? I need a replacement one for my van but it has to fit into the spot I have already.

Standard kitchen size?

Adam, I'd think twice before replacing your van with a microwave, but if you do I am sure it will fit into your existing parking spot.

The microvan is 45x27cm, didn't measure the depth.
