Geeks please: group email in GMail?

hello friends of honest Nigerian businessmen
can I have your bank account details so I can lodge €1,000,000 temporarily in your account......

well maybe not - ok - I want to create a group email in Gmail if possible -can it be done?
The idea is that a few identified people can add/remove email addresses from this list to keep it current
I thought I had seen something like this before in Gmail but can't find it now
