Cyclocross Stuff

I have a cyclocross Flanders Zenith frame for sale (size 54cm), comes with:

Headset (canecreek)
Carbon fork
Cantilever brakes (tektro CX)
Seat post
Saddle (WTB)
ITM stem
ITM bars

This would be perfect for anyone who has a road bike they with to convert (Ross). Just swop all the parts across.
Frame is similar to this but blue/white.

Can you spare these?

Could this be built up as a road bike as opposed to a cx bike, or would you say it would be too heavy/ uncomfortable for long road spins?
