Wheelbarrow torment frustrations

Here..seeing as we are now dealing with problems remotely related to mtbing..

Sure that sound is not your knees? Most of the noises emanating from my bikal area when riding are actually my body coming asunder.

Have to agree with Richie on this one ..... pushed that bloody wheelbarrow around Djouce one night ..... I was nearly as mad as him by the end of it .... there must be a solution ...... please!!!!

Is she a fancy barrow with bearings?
Or just a good auld honest bog standard muck mover with an axle and a hollow hubbed plastic wheel?

If she's a fancier model, it's probably got goosaad bearings. Might be worth sourcing new ones.
A flat head screw driver and hammer should be the right tools for the job.

If a bog standard yoke, you're being too mean with the slider...!!!
