WTD: cheap hardtail

Looking for something for my Nephew. he's 6ft, so needs a M/L/XL . I have some parts,
including frame, fork, mechs etc.

Funny guys eh? those with some intelligence would know they could reply if they had a bike with a problem, such as a damaged fork, or a damaged/wrong size frame.
