Mechanical Advice/Help - to take bearings out.

I bought a set of Azonic Outlaws, I have a problem with the front wheel. The Bearing isnt sitting in right....

Heres a pic, probably a bit confusing.. but there is a 20mm wide cup that goes over these and its jamming agains the side rather than the rotational bearing part...




I would bring them back to where I bought them but it was the states..

Anyone recommend a good mechanic? I tried popping out the bearings with a screwdriver, but its not working and only chipping lunps of aluminium off.

The guy in Azonic said I needed some special tools.

Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?

not totally sure whats up with it but 20mm hubs aren't that complicated if you want to drop it out to the shop i'm sure i could fix it
