Iâll write you a promissory note for the two euro, Iâll also sell you a default swap on the promissory note for one euro, you can use the note as collateral and leverage it up to three euro. You can repackage the three euro into deep discount thousand euro bonds repayable in 2050, sell then on the markets for sixty euro each, then you wonât have to borrow the 180 in the first place.
