Ok I have removed the cassette,axle etc. I am left with the free hub which I want to remove. I can see inside the hub there is a torgue like head. Do I turn this anti clockwise or clockwise. Is there a circlip holding it in that I cant see. Help!!
XTR Freehub .
i imagine its the same as an XT..its a 10mm Allen key or is it a 12. a 13 ..one of them..maybe a half inch piece of pipe..

Now that you have it off, feck it out the window, and go order some decent wheels. Hope or something, just not xtr. Shimano are good at most things, but their hubs are muck.
