Lever help

I have Avid code 5's on the DH bike. One of my levers is past it's best and i need a replacement.

Question 1. Are these the same levers as Juicy 5 or 7 because Codes are different.

Question 2. Does anyone have a spare one they don't need or know where I can get one.

have both bren and they are different. Simple lever on juicy 5's and 7's. Codes have a two part lever with a spring.
